Changes less than two business days before a scheduled test will be subject to a processing fee: $50 for CPAT.<\/p>\n We do not accept reschedule requests on the day of the event.<\/p>\n Unless arrangements have been made, prepaid events that are not scheduled and completed within 12 months of the original payment date will be cancelled and all fees forfeited.<\/p>\n Cancellations<\/strong>: All fees are non-refundable. Candidates may cancel their test, but will forfeit their testing fees.<\/p>\n No Shows<\/strong>: If you do not show up on your scheduled test day, your fee is forfeited.
