Design-build self-perform construction of twin 40 story commercial office towers. Engineered the design change from a CIP concrete structure for stick frame system with 500mm exterior shear walls to a core/flat slab system erected with flying and slip forms. Construction engineer responsible for redesigning a concrete exterior wall system to a precast – curtain wall – punch window system including thermal and material design development.
