We manage all scheduling based on the dates provided by the testing center/ Fire Department.  This includes any rescheduling up to 48 hours prior to the test/practice provided.  Any issues that arise are handled by our staff and administrative team.


All payments will be processed through our secure website.  Any payment issues, refunds (if applicable) are handled through us.  Any payment issues will not fall on the testing facility or coordinate department.


Overall CPAT consulting is available and can be provided by our team who have an ongoing relationship with the IAFF.  We provide all data collection directly to the IAFF.
