Our thermoformed seat backs are found on some of the best airlines in the world. Our forming technology combined with CNC finishing, means that our level of precision in thermoformed aircraft seating is unsurpassed. Starting from 3D CAD drawings or an actual part, our team designs and engineers the parts to the customers specification.

Precision aircraft interior parts

Once complete, our in house tooling department will create precision aircraft interior part tooling before final approval is complete. Our experienced team of quality assurance professionals make regular inspection checks before the finished part is dispatched, on time and in full to our customers.
